Orders & Payment

McGruff Kits LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or limit any order at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving pricing errors, product description errors, suspected fraud, payment authorization issues, inventory limitations, fulfillment constraints, technical issues, or other operational concerns.
Payment transactions are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers. McGruff Kits LLC does not store full payment card information directly on its own systems. Order confirmations do not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
Samples & Promotional Materials
McGruff Kits LLC may offer complimentary product samples or promotional materials to qualifying organization or institutions at its discretion.
Sample availability, eligible products, quantities, and approval are determined solely by McGruff Kits LLC based on availability, operational considerations, and business needs. Not all products are eligible for sampling, and sample programs may be modified or discontinued without notice.
Receipt of a sample does not create any obligation to purchase products, nor does submission of a sample request guarantee approval or future availability.
Returns & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have fifteen (15) days from the date you receive your order to contact us regarding return eligibility.
Custom or imprinted products may only be returned if the issue resulted from an error attributed to McGruff Kits LLC after final proof approval.
Approved refunds will generally be issued for the eligible product amount, less shipping, handling, imprinting, and other applicable non-refundable service-related charges.
Return approvals, return shipping arrangements, and refund processing remain subject to review and operational handling.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment and before any imprinting, customization, or production work has begun. Once customization, imprinting, production, or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers requesting cancellation should contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping
Shipping timelines provided by McGruff Kits LLC are estimates unless otherwise expressly stated.
Shipping costs, delivery timelines, and fulfillment methods may vary depending on product availability, customization requirements, order size, destination, vendor fulfillment timelines, shipping carrier performance, and other operational circumstances. Additional shipping charges may apply where appropriate, including oversized items, specialty orders, or certain international shipments.
McGruff Kits LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss generally transfers upon shipment unless otherwise required by applicable law.
